A 12-year-old boy was brutally tortured by police on Saturday for allegedly stealing a goat.
Reportedly, Arsalan told the media that police took him to the Alam Chowk police check post and beat him with sticks.
Meanwhile, his heirs rushed to the spot, and shifted the boy to the DHQ Hospital for medical attention.
His heirs claimed that police pressurised them to not acquire a medical report of the incident from the hospital.
