LAHORE: Punjab Minister for Education Rana Mashhood Ahmad has said that material will be included in the syllabus to create awareness about terrorism.
He was presiding over a meeting of the Punjab Textbook Board to review the message of restraint, tolerance and brotherhood in books being published under National Action Plan. The participants stressed upon the need to include Ahadees of Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in the syllabus.
PCTB Chairman Muhammad Akram, PCTB Managing Director Ahmed Ali Kamboh, Allama Raghib Naeemi, Islamic clerics and officers of the departments concerned also attended the meeting.
